Terms of Sale
COD-Certified Funds
Following UPS / other shippers COD-Certified Funds, policy payment is required in either cashier’s check or money order.
COD-Company Check
• Approved Dealer Application is required to qualify
• Business name and address must be printed on check

Net 30 Days
• Approved Dealer Application is required to qualify
• Payment in full is required within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% monthly
• Payments made with a credit card are subject to a processing fee of 3%
Credit Cards
• Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted
• Credit Card will be charged after the order is packed, quantities verified, and shipping costs calculated, but before order is shipped
• Please have your card information available when placing your order. Payments made with a credit card are subject to a processing fee of 3%
Returned/NSF Checks
• NSF checks will be charged a $40 return check fee
• Accounts with NSF checks may have their terms changed to Credit Card or COD-Certified Funds only
Collections
• All accounts turned over to a collection agency will have their terms changed to Credit Card or COD-Certified Funds only. All collections agency fees will be added to the account balance
• All accounts requiring legal action will have their terms changed to Credit Card or COD-Certified Funds only
• Any account turned over to a collection agency or requiring legal action may be closed to further business with Cyclone Bicycle Supply
New Accounts
Requirements for establishing an account with Cyclone Bicycle Supply:
• Approved Dealer Application filled out in full
• Physical retail/business location that accepts daily deliveries under business’ name
• Verifiable business phone number
• Proof of liability insurance
• Federal ID#
• Valid credit card
Account Changes
Please notify Cyclone Bicycle Supply in writing of any changes in your business name, address, phone number or ownership. A new Dealer Application may be required. Failure to notify us of your account could result in shipping delays or cancellations. Cyclone Bicycle Supply reserves the right to bill accounts for additional shipping charges due to re-routed orders or returned shipments as a result of inaccurate account information.
Cyclone Bicycle Supply reserves the right to refuse to open any new account or to close an existing account for any reason.
Employee Purchases
• Employee orders are for active shops and intended for personal use only.
• Shops must order a minimum of $1000 of product monthly with Cyclone to be eligible for the EP discount.
• Those employees eligible for the discount will receive 18% off of standard Cyclone wholesale pricing. Cash or credit card transactions only.
• All orders must be faxed from the respective shop location. Phone call orders will not be accepted.
• EP orders may be picked up only on Thursdays.
• Orders are filled at our discretion and are subject to refusal.
• Freight will be charged for EP’s shipped to store locations. Alternate ship to locations are not accepted.
Shipping Policies
Same Day Shipping
• All orders received by 4:30pm PT will be shipped same day (exceptions do apply).
• Orders received after 4:30pm will be shipped the following business day.
• Expedited orders must be received no later than 3:00pm PT for same day shipping.
• All orders ship from our Portland, OR warehouse. Once your order leaves our location the title of the goods and risk of loss transfers to you, the buyer.
Freight Allowance
Orders greater than regional stipulation with shippable product qualify for freight allowance when paid in full.
• OR and WA $300 minimum
• Continental US $500 minimum
• Alaska $1,000 minimum
• Hawaii will receive 8% deduction on freight
Auto racks, wheels, Trail-A-Bike, trainers, and child
carriers do not qualify for free shipping
Shipping Terms
Our warehouse is located in Portland Oregon. Once your order leaves our location, the title of the goods and risk of loss transfers to you, the buyer.
Local Deliveries & Will Calls
Deliveries
• Local deliveries within the city of Portland, OR are available Wednesdays and Fridays (exceptions do apply).
• Orders must be submitted by 12:00pm PT.
• Delivery schedule determined by location.
• Free local delivery on orders of $100 or more.
Will Calls
• Will-calls can be picked up 9am-5pm Mon, Tues, and Thurs.
• Pick up time on Wed. and Fri. is after 3pm due to our delivery schedule.
• Orders must be placed via phone, fax, or email.
• Orders placed upon walk-in will not be accepted.
• Please allow one hour for order processing.
Shipment Error & Defects
Shipping Damage
If you accept a damaged package, please note the condition of the box with the delivery driver and call the carrier immediately to file a claim. Save all boxes and packing material to assist in your claim. Please call us once a claim number has been generated from carrier.
Shipping Error (our mistake)
Please check entire order before calling us regarding the error. Inform us of items not received or mis-received in your shipment, but were noted as shipped on the packing list, within 2 business days. Once our inventory is evaluated the error will be immediately rectified.
Shipping Error (your mistake)
Please contact our returns manager within two business days of receiving your order. To receive a credit on the returned merchandise it must be undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. Products with pricing stickers or alterations of any kind will not be credited. Items can be returned via your carrier of choice. The invoice number and shop name must be on the outside of the box. A credit memo will be issued after we have received and processed your return.
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied for items returned over three months from invoice date.
Refused Orders
• Refusal of a shipped order will result in a 15% restocking fee. Outbound and inbound freight will be charged.
• Refusal l of a delivery order will result in a 15% restocking fee and a $10 delivery charge.
Defects & Warranties
• Please call Cyclone to inform us of a request for a warranty claim. If the request is found to be valid, a RA number will be issued.
• Pack and return the defective item(s) with the RA number on the outside of the box to be returned.
• Upon receipt the item(s) will be evaluated by our Warranty Department. If the item(s) is deemed defective you will receive a credit memo for the invoice and the cost of return freight.
• Some manufacturers prefer to deal with warranty issues directly, please check with our Warranty Department before returning any items.
• Cyclone Bicycle Supply will not accept defective items in excess of 6 months of age.
• Items with obvious signs of abuse, crash damage, of excessive use will not be accepted as defective.
• Cyclone reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Custom Retail Pricing
Labeling Benefits
For a slight up-charge, Cyclone can custom label your merchandise. Your order will arrive priced, with a bar code label on each item, and ready to be displayed in your store. Pricing depends on the size of the order.
